Terms and Conditions for Resv Table & Event Booking System Management

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Resv Table & Event Booking System Management (referred to as “the System” or “our services”). By accessing or using the System, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not access or use the System.
1. Account Registration
1.1 Eligibility: To use the System, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have the necessary consent from a parent or legal guardian. By registering an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
1.2 This Site and the Services are not designed for or directed at children 13 years of age or younger. In addition, in order to enter into this Agreement, you must be 18 years old or have otherwise reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally eligible to enter into this Agreement under any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence or otherwise. If you accept this Agreement, you represent that you have the capacity to be bound by it.
1.3 Account Information: When registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
1.4 You may not use the Services and may not accept this Agreement if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Resv, or (b) you are a person barred from receiving the Services under the laws of the resident country or other countries including the country in which you are a resident or from which you use the Services.
2. Reservations and Event Bookings
2.1 Availability and Accuracy: All reservations and event bookings through the System are subject to availability. We strive to provide accurate information, but cannot guarantee the availability of specific tables or event slots. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if necessary.
2.2 Booking Confirmation: Upon completing a reservation or event booking, you will receive a confirmation email or notification. This confirmation serves as proof of your booking, and you may be required to present it upon arrival at the venue.
2.3 Cancellations and Modifications: You may cancel or modify your reservation or event booking through the System, subject to the cancellation and modification policy set by the venue. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided during the booking process.
3. Fees and Payments
3.1 Pricing: Any fees or charges associated with reservations or event bookings will be clearly displayed during the booking process. Prices may be subject to additional taxes, service charges, or gratuities imposed by the venue.
3.2 Payment: Payment for reservations or event bookings may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival at the venue, depending on the specific terms set by the venue. The System may facilitate the payment process, but we are not responsible for any payment disputes or issues that may arise between you and the venue.
4. User Conduct
4.1 Prohibited Actions: You agree not to use the System for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, unauthorized use of the System, hacking, uploading malware, disrupting the System’s functionality, or engaging in any activity that may cause damage to the System or its users.
4.2 Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the System. You agree not to use the System in any manner that violates any applicable law or infringes the rights of third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership: The System and its content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, images, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned or licensed by us. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the System without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1 System Availability: We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the System, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, secure, or always available. You acknowledge that temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control.
6.2 Venue Services and Information: We do not operate or control the venues listed in the System. We are not responsible for the quality of services, products, or experiences provided by the venues. You understand and acknowledge that any issues or disputes regarding reservations or event bookings should be resolved directly with the venue.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the System, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
7.2 Venue Liability: We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during your visit to a venue, including but not limited to accidents, property damage, or theft. Any claims or disputes regarding such incidents should be addressed directly with the venue.
8. Modification and Termination
8.1 Modification: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on the System. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.
8.2 Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to the System at our discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions or if your use of the System disrupts its functionality or infringes on the rights of others.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the System is offered.
9.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the System shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
